At Bodyworks Massage we would never actually cancel/reschedule your appointment five minutes before… But it does put things into perspective.

Every appointment booked with Bodyworks Massage is time that we’ve set aside exclusively for you.

When an appointment is canceled/rescheduled at the last minute or a client doesn’t attend it doesn’t just leave a gap in our day. It means one of our therapist has lost valuable appointment time, while another client who may have been waiting for that spot misses the opportunity to be seen.

As a small business and independent contractors we still have staff, equipment, and clinic costs regardless of whether an appointment goes ahead. That’s why we have a cancellation policy. It’s not about being harsh or making anyone feel guilty, it’s simply about protecting our team’s time and ensuring we can continue providing the level of care we are known for.

We completely understand that life happens. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible so we have the best chance of offering your appointment to someone else.
