As the founder of Di Erbe, this transition is both emotional and exciting for me.

For many years, our storefront allowed me to meet so many wonderful people. Some customers became friends, and many conversations went far beyond skincare and beauty. Thank you for trusting me, supporting my small business, and allowing me to be part of your self-care journey.

While our physical space may be changing, my commitment to you remains exactly the same. On a personal note, many of you may not know that over the past few years I’ve also taken on a public service role with the Norwood Grove BIZ community. It has become work that I genuinely love and one that gives me a deep sense of purpose. At the same time, I’ve come to appreciate the simple gift of slowing down—spending more time with my family, taking care of my health, and rediscovering joys like baking.

This decision allows me to embrace all of these parts of my life while continuing to do what I love at Di Erbe: helping people feel confident in their own skin. Instead of saying goodbye, I’m simply creating a new balance—one that lets me continue serving you in a more personal and sustainable way.

Beginning this transition, we will continue serving our customers online, with weekly pickup and delivery available in the Provencher area.If you are looking for skincare advice, product recommendations, or simply have questions about your beauty routine, I would be happy to speak with you personally. In many ways, it will feel just like visiting us in person.

As we prepare for this new chapter, we will also be holding a special sale in August. It will be an opportunity to shop some of your favorite products, discover great deals, and help us say goodbye to parts of our beloved storefront. Some of our furniture and fixtures will also be available as we make room for what comes next.

This is not the ending of Di Erbe. It is simply a different way of connecting with you.Thank you for being part of our story. I look forward to continuing this journey together—online, over the phone, through deliveries, and wherever the next chapter takes us.
