This transformation 🤩😍🤩

This beautiful lady came in, asking for help with the colour of highlights. She felt orange, and like it wasn’t complimentary to her skin tone.
During our consultation, we decided to make her highlights more of a sandy blonde, and add her natural colour back into some of the ends for a better blend. Love love love the results!

lets talk about inspiration photos!

I love them, it is the best way to communicate with me about the things you are looking for in a cut, style and in a colour. Equally, what you don't want in a cut, style or colour.

Lets talk about the things we see in this photo. On the left, I used a flat iron. We can see that there is a base colour and highlights. The results, a very soft, blended and all around lighter look.

On the right, I used my one inch curling iron. What we see on this side is still base colour and highlights but- notice the amount of contrast you see. with every bend you can see more defined dark and defined light. These highlights now look bolder even though the application is the exact same. The base colour looks even more like a lowlight.

Depending on how you style your hair, will make the application of the colour look a little bit different!

Colour is phenomenon of light, so if there is more movement in the hair, how the light hits the colour will determine how our eyes see it. pretty cool hey? I think so lol.

This colour was so much fun to do!!!
Natural dark blonde/light brown to wine and blushy rose gold tones.
So pretty!

My guest came in today and wanted a little bit of a darker base, so that way her hilights are showcased more.
We brought the cut up to her hair line to give more fullness to her style. She loves the messy tossed curl look, so we styled with some bends and twists. Turned out beautifully!
