High Cholesterol Relief

CTFO CBD 1500mg and organic turmeric with curcumin helped drop my cholesterol to normal levels.

I've always battled high cholesterol thanks to genetics, even with eating healthy and exercise. The doctors experimented with different statin drugs which all caused severe muscle pain and at Christmas the last statin even caused me to have a severe allergic reaction, to the point I felt like I was going to die from it.

After all of this, my cholesterol was still high as shown on my lab tests from the VA on 08 DEC 2017 below. I decided to throw away my prescription meds and try a natural alternative.

I had read about the benefits of CBD oil and organic turmeric with cucumin. These are the only two things I changed in my lifestyle. I knew statins were not an option for me any longer and I started my new natural regiment of CBD oil and turmeric in late January.

As you can see from my recent VA lab tests on 12 MAR 2018 my cholesterol results changed as follows:

Cholesterol: Dropped from 265 (high) to 182 (normal).
Triglyceride: Dropped from 230 (high) to 113 (normal).
HDL: Stayed about the same from 42 (normal) to 43 (normal).
Chol/HDL Ratio: Dropped from 6.1 (high risk) to 4.4 (normal).
CALC LDL: Dropped from 176 (high) to 117 (slightly elevated).

The lab tests don't lie. This has been the first thing that worked for me. My doctor ordered me to discontinue using statins and to keep doing what I'm doing.

So I have been hesitant to write this, as I wanted to be sure the Lexapro was out of my system. I have been on it for at least 6 years. I was at max dosage of 20mg a day. It stopped working. It's the only serotonin re-uptake inhibitor (SRI) that does NOT cause weight gain. So I was not looking forward to switching meds and gaining weight!

I knew it stopped working since I have PHYSICAL symptoms of anxiety - I break out in a rash on my chest.
My symptoms of unmanaged PTSD is horrific nightmares of violent attacks (yes that's what caused it in the first place, thanks to my abusive ex husband).
So the nightmares were back and the rash and the panicky feeling of not being able to breathe on occasion.
Very little restful sleep = exhausted all day too.
So I knew I needed to do something at my next doc visit, which is next week!
Lexapro has a 30 hour half life. So in 30 hours I'd have 10mg left in my system, another 30, 5mg left, another 30 2.5, etc....
So after a week it is safe to say I no longer have it in my system.

But....
I do have CTFO CBD Oil in my system, and folks...things are looking good!
No nightmares - weird dreams, yes, but no nightmares of violent attacks.
No active red rash - just spots from previous rash healing.
No panic attaks
No feeling like I can't breathe
No exhausting negative thoughts/convo running through my head (that's what finally made me go to doc years before)
No depression

Positives besides that? I feel rested, energized, happy, peaceful and I cannot wait to order a stronger bottle!

NEGATIVES OF THIS STUFF: I wake up at 5 am and feel wide awake and ready to go! (7 or 8 used to be my wake up time and I still felt tired😴 )
