REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have previous experience providing homecare and support to seniors, including experience with:

• Supporting clients with daily living needs
• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship and in-home support
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Community outings and appointments
• Supporting clients with mobility limitations

Applicants must also have, or be willing to provide:

✅ Current First Aid & CPR certification
✅ Clear Criminal Record Check
✅ Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
✅ Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred

As we provide services throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas of Manitoba, reliable transportation is an important asset.

🚗 Mileage is paid.

Helping Hands Senior Care is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable healthcare professionals to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably in their own homes, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Homecare & Healthcare Aide

Responsibilities

* Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
* Support clients with mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
* Monitor client well-being and report any changes.
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Qualifications

* Healthcare Aide certification or relevant caregiving experience preferred.
* Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
* Current CPR/First Aid certification and a clear criminal record check (if applicable).
