New at Creekside Physiotherapy: Osteopathic Manual Therapy
Navigating today’s healthcare options can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with pain, mobility issues, or chronic conditions. Creekside Physiotherapy is excited to introduce Osteopathic Manual Therapy, a holistic, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal.
We’re proud to welcome Balraj Thind, who brings nearly 20 years of combined chiropractic and osteopathic experience. Osteopathy is a non-invasive therapy that uses gentle manual techniques to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, normalize organ function, and enhance overall wellness. As your article notes, osteopathy “helps improve overall health by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework.”
Osteopathy may benefit people with arthritis, back pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, digestive issues, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postural problems.
FREE 15-minute consults Balraj is offering complimentary educational consults on: • Friday, September 11 • Saturday, September 26

📚 Back to school, back to work, back to routine!
As schedules start to fill up again, it can be easy for movement to get pushed to the side. The good news? Staying active doesn’t have to mean finding hours of extra time in your day.
Take a walk before or after work, break up longer periods of sitting, get outside while the weather is still nice, or make time for an activity you enjoy.
Small habits and consistent movement can go a long way. 💪

Summer is far from over! ☀️
There’s still plenty of time to get outside, enjoy the nice weather, and find ways to keep moving.
Whether it’s a walk, bike ride, round of golf, hike, paddle, or your favourite summer activity — movement doesn’t have to feel like a workout to be good for you.
Make the most of the rest of summer and choose movement you enjoy! 🌿
