One of my favourite parts of working with brides over multiple events is that every celebration tells a different story.

The bridal shower was light, effortless, and full of excitement. The Haldi celebrated tradition and family. The ceremony carried so much emotion and significance. And the reception was the moment she could simply celebrate as a newlywed.

As artists, we don’t just create one look we create a collection of memories. Every hairstyle, every makeup look, and every detail is designed to reflect who she is in that particular moment.

Looking back at these photos reminds me why I love what I do. It’s never just about makeup or hair. It’s about helping a woman feel like the best version of herself while preserving memories she’ll look back on for decades.

There’s something really special about being part of a bride’s journey beyond just the wedding day 🤍

From the events leading up to this beautiful moment, to seeing her finally walk into a new chapter of life surrounded by the love of two cultures and two families becoming one — it’s such an honour to witness.

As an artist, I never take lightly the trust my brides place in me during one of the most emotional and meaningful seasons of their lives. I love learning about different traditions, stories, and love languages through every bride I meet. This day was such a beautiful reflection of that — blending Caribbean and Italian cultures so effortlessly and full of love.

During Haleh’s trial, we played with an half up, half down style something a little out of her comfort zone since she usually wears her hair down. But that’s what trials are all about exploring, experimenting, and discovering what truly feels like you.

For her wedding day, we decided to bring her hair down, soft and romantic, a look that felt effortlessly her. When I look back on her photos, I see a version of Haleh that’s authentic, confident, and completely aligned with her personal style.

That’s the beauty of what I do, each look reveals a different version of you. Every hairstyle, every brushstroke brings out a new kind of energy, a new strut, and a new chapter of your story.

This shoot was the perfect opportunity to step out of her comfort zone and experiment with a new makeup and hair look before her big day. I love when I get to build these relationships with my brides over months — exploring different styles, growing together, and watching them step into a new chapter of their lives.

Haleh was such a lovely soul who made me feel more like a close friend than her makeup artist 💕 And just recently, she texted me the sweetest news… she’s pregnant! I couldn’t be happier to see my brides become wives and mothers all in the same year 🥹✨

Every time I take branding photos, it feels surreal. I can’t believe I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 13 years! Time truly flies, and it’s been an honor to celebrate my brides on one of the most nerve-wracking yet heartwarming days of their lives. What touches me the most is when past brides reach out—even years later—during milestones like pregnancy to share their journey with me.

I feel so lucky to be part of an industry where my core strength is making others feel beautiful. I’ve dabbled in many side jobs (as you all know!), but this business will always be my number one.
