Capture Therapeutics is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Woodstock in the spring.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll be an important part of the patient experience and help keep our clinic running smoothly day to day.

What you’ll do:
🌊 Welcome and support patients with warmth and professionalism
🌊 Manage scheduling, phone calls, and clinic communication
🌊 Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks
🌊 Support practitioners and help maintain efficient clinic flow
🌊 Keep records, files, and front-end operations organized

What we’re looking for:
🌊 Strong communication and people skills - you are the start and end of each patient's experience - and that is so critical to us
🌊 Excellent organization and attention to detail
🌊 Comfort with multitasking in a busy setting
🌊 Healthcare or clinic experience is a bonus, but not required

An RMT in British Columbia recently created a new federal petition to gather further support for HST/GST exemption for massage therapy in Canada.

This petition is sponsored by MP Brad Vis, who has previously championed similar exemption petitions directed towards the previous federal government.

A related petition, recently presented in the House of Commons by Newfoundland MP Jonathan Rowe, has already mandated a government response. Every new petition presented with maximum signatures further amplifies our collective voice and compels the government to act on this crucial issue.
