When a client doesn’t show up for their appointment, it may seem small, but for a small business it has a real impact.

• That appointment time was reserved just for you.
• Another client could have taken that spot.
• It leaves an empty gap that can’t usually be filled last minute.
• It directly affects a small business owner’s income for the day. We are no longer being paid for that time.
• Time spent preparing for the appointment is lost.
• It shows a lack of respect for someone’s time and business.

Things happen, I completely understand that.
But a quick message to cancel or reschedule makes a huge difference.

Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will have a cancellation fee.

Also please be aware that effective immediately all new clients will have to pay a deposit to reserve their apt.

Respecting appointment times helps keep small businesses running. 🤍
