I spent a beautiful day off in the Sound Bath Studio making a few bottles of our Aura Cleansing Spray. It smells amazing in here at the moment.

Ingredients: Water, Witch Hazel, Frankincense, Lemon + Lavender Essential Oils

How to Use: Shake well, spray, set your intention for clearing

When to use:

We are looking forward to welcoming our next group of sound bathers this Saturday at 🥰

A full range of crystal sound bowls, chimes, bells, light language transmissions, drums, tonal sounds and reiki. It's going to be a magical session, we can feel it already!

We pulled two cards today to get a bit of insight into what we may be working with on this session. The cards falling and mantra surfaced. When the falling card appears, it is often a sign to let go of control and and let the energy flow! Let go of resistance and allow yourself to release. The mantra that pops in is "Let it go". Sound vibrations are an excellent way to help un-stick stuck energy deep within yourself

Working on the accompanying guidebook today. The stage is set, the crystals are laid out, gentle incense burning and soft meditation playing. Grounded and connected, ready to channel. Trying not to distract myself by taking selfies, playing with pets, suddenly finding things to play with and organize. 😆 How do you keep on task?? 🤪

Today’s card pull. I’m making up a batch of bath soak salts and pulled a card with the intention in mind for a message from my guides to relate to this specific batch. Find Balance: Find the balance between your work, rest and playtime and you will have more energy, harmony and productivity in your life. Take a power nap. I was running from something in a previous dream, and I was upstairs and came to a door/window. When I looked out it was a vast area of stars. A man who was also running jumped out and plummeted down. I knew I could jump and it would be okay. I jumped into the stars and was floating. I became lucid and knew it was a dream. I had a guide with me, I asked if we could go to Hawaii near where Lemuria was. She said she’d have to just check. She checked with whoever and they said yes. She was supposed to take me to L.A. And I asked if it was because I was going to be on TV and she said yes.

We started “falling” towards Hawaii and landed in the water, a busy place with people all around. My guide (I asked if she was a spirit guide and she said yes) was making small changes to my appearance to fit in there. She was putting little nubs on my forehead. She was short, round with short brown hair, tan skin and a warm and capable face.

Before you are born on Earth, you have goals and jobs you want to accomplish during your lifetime. As you reach the density of the Earth plane, you will often forget why you came. This is where your guides come in. Nudging and whispering to you, helping you navigate your life and remember why you are here.

Guides will often communicate through your dreams. You may remember receiving advice, or interactions with "someone" you don't quite recognize. You will likely be able to see them clearly, and will often wake up soon after the interaction.

When this happens, it may be your guides speaking with you. Try to remember as much detail as you can. Remember any words spoken, the atmosphere of the visitation, how you felt during the interaction, and any symbols you may have noticed or received.

Before bed, invite your guides to communicate with you, and be open to the experience.
