She heals wounds inside and out- a must for gut health and healing.

I use her in so many things- immune support tea (you are my sunshine) anti inflammatory tea (Pixie picnic) both gut/Digestion teas (Flora and Fauna and vital fire) as well as my broth mix for immune support
She's also a staple in my heal all salve and the star of the Calendula body butter. Lastly I have her in tincture form for immune support and lymph movement
