Have you ever thought “I’m not putting heat on my hair, I don’t need a heat protection” then realize your hair is taking some damage but don’t understand how? Here’s a few tips that might help (as well as a few tips about some of my favourite heat protection for heat styling)

With the Redken thermal spray 11 (low hold) & 22 (high hold):

-Putting a heat protection on even without heat styling will help protect your hair from the sun (UV rays still cause damage to your hair, as it’s applying heat to it)

-The heat protection will protect and repair damage while sealing the outer layer of your hair, which can help with shine and reducing frizz

-Redken thermal spray 11 & 22 adds a clean feeling and touchable hold (doesn’t feel too crunchy or stiff)

-Both the Redken thermal sprays protects the hair up to 450°F/232°C and they’re very lightweight

-The 22 hold is perfect for those who struggle to keep a curl in their hair as it locks in place (feels a little more stiff then the 11 hold but it works and lasts)
