Good afternoon! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer 🌞 I just wanted to post to make a few things clear.
- I book by appointment only. The appointment is booked specifically for you for the appropriate amount of time according to the service.
- Please reach out if you think you will be late and I will accommodate as much as I can.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your haircut with no contact, I will no longer be able to fulfill the appointment. You are still required to pay for the service.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your colour service with no contact, I will no longer be able to fulfill your appointment. You will still be required to pay for the service.
- If you contact me after 5pm on Friday, I will not return the message until Monday morning.
- I will no longer be accepting email money transfers. Please bring an appropriate form of payment.
- When an appointment time is suggested, please reply within 24 hours. If you do not, the appointment time is not confirmed.

I want to thank everyone for your continued support. As I come up on the 20th year of my career, I realize so many have been with me since the very beginning. I appreciate you so, so much ❤️
