Kelcey Harasen - Dream to Reality Coach
Helping people build what matters.
Whether itβs a healthier body, a calmer mind, a stronger marriage, leaving a bad situation, starting a business, creating a home youβre proud of, financial freedom or something elseβ¦
Iβm here to help you create it. π€

People always laugh because I say it all the timeβ¦βYou need to dial in.β Itβs something I come back to all the time, again and again. βJust dial in.β
But the truth is, I donβt mean eating healthier or getting to the gym or surface level stuff.
I mean something much deeper.
To me, βdialing inβ starts the moment you decide:
Enough is fricken enough.
Iβm done living on autopilot.
Iβm done making excuses for the life I say I want.
Iβm done letting fear, self-doubt, distractions, and other peopleβs opinions make my decisions.
Itβs time to DIAL THE F**K IN.
To become the person youβve always known youβre capable of being.
Because dialing in isnβt about becoming someone new.
Itβs about stripping away everything that isnβt you.
The distractions.
The unhealthy patterns.
The relationships youβve outgrown.
The limiting beliefs.
The procrastination.
The constant waiting for βthe right time.β
The bu****it.
Itβs choosing discipline over comfort.
Courage over certainty.
Purpose over procrastination.
Growth over staying where itβs safe.
Over the past while, Iβve realized this isnβt just something I say.
Itβs a philosophy Iβve lived through. And one I need to keep coming back to again and again.
So Iβve taken everything Iβve learned and developed it into The Dial In Methodβ’. Itβs an entire framework designed to help people audit every area of their lives, eliminate whatβs holding them back, and intentionally build a life theyβre proud of.
And before I ask anyone else to trust the processβ¦
Iβm going to be the first one to test it.
Over the next few weeks, Iβm dialing in every area of my own life.
Iβll share the wins.
The setbacks.
The uncomfortable truths.
And the transformation.
Because I would never ask someone to walk a path I wasnβt willing to walk myself.
So here we go.
Itβs time to dial the f**k in. And Iβm taking you all along for the ride! βοΈ

I had a realization today while sitting outside my brown house.
Every time I enter a relationshipβ¦
I leave it.
Not just physically.
But emotionally.
I stop dreaming about it.
I stop working on it.
I rarely even want to step foot inside.
I stop seeing what I saw when I bought it.
Life starts revolving around someone else, and little by little, the house gets quieter, messier, more abandoned.
Then the relationship ends.
And I come back.
Every single time.
Somewhere along the way, I also started believing someone elseβs opinion more than my own.
That buying this house was a terrible financial decision.
That itβs a piece of s**t.
That it was too much work.
That it wasnβt worth saving.
Eventually, I stopped seeing the potentialβ¦
and started seeing it through someone elseβs eyes.
But today, sitting in the driveway, I wonderedβ¦
What if Iβve been looking at it all wrong?
What if this house has been patiently waiting for me to choose it?
Not as the place I return to every time something falls apartβ¦
But as the place where things finally start coming together.
The truth is, this house has never abandoned me.
Iβve been the one abandoning it.
And Iβve been abandoning myself.
The truth is, this house saved my kids and I when we had nowhere else to go. It taught me resilience, strength and skills I never thought I had. It showed me I could do hard things alone.
Itβs the one things thatβs ours that no one can take away from us. Ever.
So maybe itβs time to stop waiting for someone else to believe in me and my vision.
Maybe itβs time to believe in myself and this house again.
One room.
One project.
One dream at a time.
Because maybe the next chapter of my life doesnβt begin somewhere else with someone else.
Maybe it begins right here, behind this front door, with just me, my kids and my pets.

The last two years changed me.
Not all at once.
Little by little.
It wore me down.
After everything Iβd been through, I turned inward.
I got quieter.
I stopped sharing my thoughts.
I stopped posting my truth.
I stopped dreaming out loud.
I stopped being excited.
I stopped being silly and outgoing.
I stopped socializing.
I started questioning my voice, my ideas, my decisions and whether I was taking up too much space.
It wasnβt a decision I made one morning.
It happened so gradually that I didnβt even realize I was disappearing.
Until this weekend.
I walked into a group full of womenβ¦
and I panicked.
That isnβt me.
Iβm usually the one talking to everyone.
The one laughing too loud.
The one introducing myself to strangers.
The one who doesnβt mind being seen.
But todayβ¦
I realized how quiet Iβd become.
How subdued.
How much I had started shrinking myself.
How much I wanted to hide away in a corner alone.
Not because thatβs who I am.
Because somewhere along the way, I got too busy trying to survive.
And I stopped believing it was safe to take up space.
I realized today that Kelcey had completely disappeared.
And that realization broke my heart.
Sure, there are parts of me that needed to βdieβ and be left in the past.
But thereβs parts of her I deeply miss too.
The laughing, silly, outgoing, confident, bright, happy me.
The intuitive me.
The part of me that is a healer; that holds space for people to feel seen and heard.
So this isnβt just a comeback.
But rather a return.
To myself.
To my knowing.
To my voice.
To my dreams.
To taking up space.
To being a healer again.
To me.
Because I need her back, my kids need her back and the world needs her back too.

I usually share the projects Iβm working on pretty publicly but Iβve kept this one pretty close to my heart and havenβt told anyone about it.
Yes, Iβm still working on my childrenβs books (ya gotta be in the right mood to illustrateβ¦Sigh!) But this is something that I needed to bring to life and Iβve been working on it into the wee hours of the night.π
I never thought Iβd get here but Iβm finalizing the last few edits and then itβs time to upload and send to print.
So I guess if I expect it to be a bestseller and a Heather's Pick at Chapters Indigo, I better start sharing and talking about it! π LOL!

Iβve had a business when my personal life felt peaceful. And Iβve had one when it felt like everything was falling apart. Guess which felt easier and which one was more successful?
The difference wasnβt my marketing. It wasnβt the algorithm. It wasnβt my pricing. It was ME.
When my personal life was healthy, I showed up differently. I had energy, I could focus, I followed through, I could create more and I could serve my clients way better.
When my personal life was heavy, everything in my business felt SO hard because all of my attention was focused elsewhere.
You are your small business and we both know you donβt get to clock in at 9 and clock out at 5.
Your business comes home with you and your home life comes with you to your business. So if your relationships, finances, health, past traumas, stress or whatever else youβre struggling with isnβt on point, your business will most likely be struggling too.
When our business feel stuck, we often think about what needs to change or improve IN the business.
But what if you started to ask βWhatβs happening in my life thatβs making it harder for me to show up as the business owner I want to be?β
Sometimes the biggest business breakthrough has nothing to do with business at all and everything to do with our own mindset and personal lives.
