Sometimes I'll use warm towels, oils or spend that extra bit of time on an area that needs it. I don't like rushing just because the clock says so.

So this happened today… and honestly, it made my day/week/year. 🥹💜
A lovely friend/client of mine shared this on her story and I genuinely wasn't expecting it. To have someone recognise me, Balance & Brow, and everything I do means more than I can actually put into words.
And yes… if you know me, I actually cried. 🤣🤣
