✨ Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨

To all my lovely clients,

As my business has grown, I've had to review my booking policy to help protect my appointment time and keep things fair for everyone.

Many of you know I'm quite relaxed and understanding. I also know that life happens – people get sick, children get sick, work gets in the way and genuine mistakes happen. As someone who has dealt with ongoing health issues myself, I completely understand that these situations are often out of your control.

However, when an appointment is cancelled on the day or missed without enough notice, I usually can't fill that time. I have already prepared for your treatment, reserved that appointment just for you, and turned away other clients who may have wanted it. As a small business, those last-minute cancellations have a real impact.

Going forward, a non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure appointments, particularly treatments over €50. While I have often let this slide in the past because I know many of you personally and trust you'll attend, I've realised I need to be more consistent.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or an appointment is missed, the booking fee will be retained in line with my cancellation policy.

This policy isn't about penalising anyone. It's simply about protecting a small business and ensuring I can continue offering the best service to all of my clients. I also have to be fair and apply the same policy to everyone, rather than making exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
