Why I Have a Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved exclusively for you. As a lash artist, I'm not paid by the hour—I'm paid for the services I provide. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don't show up for your appointment, it's very unlikely I'll be able to fill that spot on such short notice. That means I've set aside time for your appointment and lost the opportunity to earn an income during that time.

My cancellation policy isn't meant to punish anyone. It's simply in place to protect my time, my business, and my livelihood. Like many small business owners, I depend on the appointments in my schedule to make a living.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always consider genuine circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact on my business and prevent other clients from booking appointments they may have been waiting for.

I kindly ask that you respect my time by giving me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Thank you for supporting my small business and for understanding why this policy is so important. Your respect and consideration allow me to continue doing what I love while providing the best experience possible for all of my clients.
