Healthy Chocolate Brownie Anyone? 🙋🏻‍♀️

A friend gave me this recipe with slight alterations and it seriously is one of the easiest and quickest brownies to whip together when you have zero time or energy, but are wanting to eat healthy.

So here it is if you want to give it a go too!

Healthy Chocolate Brownie using Coconut Flour 😋

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup coconut oil
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients into a bowl with a spoon and place into square tin.
Cook in oven for 10mins.
Allow to cool and slice into squares.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Enjoy! 😋
