YOUR MAGIC PLACE

Before we spoke to machines
we sang to animals
For centuries
humans used their voices to call across fields mountains and forests
to gather animals
guide them
and somehow meet them
across the distance between species
I wasn't calling anyone
I was simply singing
The road was loud
My voice was almost
lost beneath the traffic
And then they turned
Maybe there are ancient
languages we never really forgot
When was the last time you used your voice without words?
We spend so much time trying to grow
To become more
to achieve more
to reach further
But a tree doesn’t begin with its branches
It begins where no one can see
In the roots
Maybe growth is not always about doing more
Maybe sometimes it is about going deeper
Into where we come from
Into what shaped us
Into what still asks to be seen
Into the parts of ourselves strong enough to hold what comes next
Because when the roots become stronger
the branches don’t need to be forced
They grow
And maybe this was never about trees 🌿

Your energy speaks before you do
Not because the Universe owes you everything you ask for
but because what you embody changes what you notice, what you allow, what you choose — and what you are ready to receive
So today, instead of asking “When will it come?”
try becoming the version of you who already knows she is worthy of meeting it
I am magnetic
I am powerful
I am abundant
Save this for the days you forget ✨

We think returning
means finding our way back
Back to the body
Back to what matters
Back to ourselves
But sometimes returning asks for something else
Not to recover what was there before
Not to fill the empty chair
Not to become who we used to be
But to remove what no longer needs to occupy the room
And leave some space
for what has not arrived yet
marilü
I create spaces for what comes next
My hands
are the first tools
I bring into every session
Before the gong,
before sound,
before any technique,
there is touch
Over the years,
they have learned
that a good massage
isn't about applying
more pressure or performing
the perfect movement
It's about noticing
When a body softens
When it protects
When it asks for more space
When it finally feels
comfortable enough
to stop holding
Oil helps them move
Technique gives them direction
But presence
is what gives touch its quality
These hands
don't just work on the body
They listen to it
marilü
I create spaces where your body can soften, release and return to itself
Before words, there were gestures
The body knew how to open
before we learned to protect
How to receive
before we learned to control
How to hold
without possessing
How to choose
without explaining
How to release
without knowing what comes next
And somewhere beneath all the noise
it still knows
Maybe intuition is not something we need to learn
Maybe it is something we need to stop interrupting
Swipe slowly
Don’t ask yourself what these gestures mean
Notice which one your body understands first
marilü
I create spaces
where the body
can speak before
the mind answers
Some things become so familiar
we stop calling them weight
The expectations
the roles
the guilt
the version of ourselves that kept everyone comfortable
We carry them long enough
and eventually call them “me”
Maybe letting go isn’t about becoming someone new
Maybe it’s discovering what was never you in the first place
What are you still carrying simply because you’ve carried it for so long?
marilü
I create spaces where you can hear what remains
We were taught
to fear the face
of a woman who has lived
The wrinkles
The softness
The silver hair
The body changing
The years becoming visible
But once,
the elder woman
was not disappearing
She was becoming
the keeper of memory
The one who knew
the plants, the bodies, the cycles
The one people came
to for counsel
The one who
had survived enough life
to recognize what mattered
Maybe aging
was never
the loss of our power
Maybe
we simply built a culture
that stopped knowing
how to recognize it
I become
I know
I am
And perhaps
the woman I am becoming
is not someone
I should fear
Perhaps
she is the woman
I have been walking
toward all along
There is something powerful about walking the shape of an 8
Two sides
Two directions
Two polarities
And one point where they continuously meet: the center
You move away
You cross
You return
You move again
For me, it’s not about walking perfectly
It’s about noticing what happens when the body keeps finding its way back to the center
Again and again
Maybe balance isn’t a place where we finally arrive
Maybe it’s the movement of returning ♡
