🥕 Diese Themen stehen im Zentrum unserer Podiumsdiskussion während der Produzenten-Arena. Drei Akteur:innen aus der Gastronomie und drei aus der Lebensmittelproduktion teilen ihre Erfahrungen, wie Kooperationen Qualität, Wissenstransfer und einen bewussteren Umgang mit Ressourcen fördern können.

Im Anschluss bietet die Speed-Dating-Session die Möglichkeit zum direkten Austausch. Hier kannst du dich vernetzen, Ideen diskutieren und die Grundlage für mögliche Partnerschaften legen. 🌱

Warum ist dieses Format so wertvoll? Es zeigt, dass Zusammenarbeit, Dialog und der Austausch Win-Win-Situationen schaffen können. So werden nicht nur regionale Wirtschaft gestärkt, sondern auch ein nachhaltiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Lebensmittelsystem gefördert.

I love integrating fresh herbs, bark, and even petals into my juices. Some of my favorites are lemon balm (pictured here), mint, rose, cinnamon, and basil. These not only provide some nutritional benefits, but they make my juice just a little bit more unique and invigorating. This beautiful lemon balm bouquet was plucked from my best friend’s organic garden, so it also gives me joy to use what grows so plentifully here in Switzerland in summer, and could easily go to waste.
