1 - To answer recurrent questions of colleagues (among others) particularly in Singapore, Taiwan, the US and Japan, I have no financial interest nor any other interest in Scientis, which commercializes Cyspera (Cysteamine Cream).
2 - I learnt from inner & outer sources that my name has been subsequently used as marketing tool to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical doctors and other healthcare providers over time to sell this product to their patients. [uncompensated]
3 - The collaboration was stopped by the Chairman of Scientis, after signing a non-partnership clause (May 2014) with the administrator of the a healthcare centre providing clinical services in dermatology which I cofounded. Until then the commercial price of Cysteamine Cream was $59.
