Cysteamine is a natural biological active that regulates the
level of melanin in human skin.

Cysteamine has been known since more than 5 decades
as a very potent and safe skin depigmenting agent,
significantly more potent than hydroquinone. However it
was never managed to be applied topically due to its fast
oxidation.
