Unique Care - How it works

How it works:

1. You place your order and we arrange a courier to pick up 5 hair samples from different areas of your scalp that you will place in an envelope.

2. On receiving your sample hair, we analise it in our lab in Geneva, Switzerland. We then prepare a unique shampoo and/or conditioner formula specific to your hair deficiencies.

3. We courier you a 3 months supply of the uniquely formulated Unique Care hair treatment shampoo and/or conditioner.

You will receive your Unique Care hair treatment within 3 weeks of your order or you will get a full refund.

If you are not completly satisfied with the results, we will refund you the full amount, no questions asked!
