🧽 Don’t let calluses build up excessively — gentle, regular exfoliation can help prevent thick skin from splitting.
👟 Wear supportive, well-fitting shoes — shoes that reduce pressure and friction on the heels can help.
🧦 Give your heels extra care at night — apply a rich moisturizer and wear cotton socks to help lock in moisture.
