Admin day 🤍
I used to struggle with this one.
If I wasn’t behind the chair, I felt like I wasn’t really working. And if I told someone I had an “admin day”, it almost sounded like I was having a day off.
But the truth is... running a business is so much more than being behind the chair.
Emails, bookings, invoices, ordering, planning, content, finances, marketing... it all takes time.
I’ve learned that admin isn’t time away from my business. It’s part of building it.
