Growth is saying "OK" When you know you got a paragraph in you

Do not give the past the power to define your future.

We all,in one way or the another, have our moments that we wished never happened. We all keep secrets about certain uncomfortable situations, problems,things that we have done and now we regret.
Maybe you were hurt or you hurt someone. Maybe you made the wrong decision or you said or did something and you now regret it.

I invite you to look into your life and be brutally honest with yourself. Truth is, there is no easy. You most decide to forgive yourself. You most decide to love yourself unconditionally.

Life is not about perfection,but about evolution. The the fact that you are here, addmiting that you have made mistakes mean that you are ready to grow evolve, develop.

This implies tasting both the good and bad makes you experience life better. Accept what happened and move on( you can't change a thing anyway). Focus on your future 100% and accept the lessons from the past.

Be greatfull for the extraordinary gift called life, just for that it should be enough reason to be happy.
