Most women are very careful about their face skincare routine…

Here’s something I learned:

Your intimate area has a naturally acidic pH that helps protect it.

If you've been struggling with acne, here's something many people don't know.

Acne is not always caused by having too many hormones.

Imagine two people drinking the same cup of coffee.

One person feels normal.
The other becomes extremely energetic and can't sleep all night.
The coffee is the same, but their bodies react differently.

Acne can work in a similar way.
Two people can have similar hormone levels, but one person's skin reacts much more strongly to those hormones.

As a result, their skin may produce more oil, clog pores more easily, and develop more acne.
This is why some people continue to struggle with acne even when their hormone tests come back normal.

It's also why two people with the same condition, such as PCOS, may have completely different skin experiences.

The important thing to understand is this:
It's not always about how much of a hormone you have.

Sometimes it's about how strongly your skin reacts to that hormone.

If you've been frustrated because your test results look normal but your acne won't go away, remember that hormone levels are only one part of the picture.
