HOW TO PROPERLY USE BODY SCRUB.

1.Use lukewarm water on your skin for sometime. It could be 1-5minutes.

2.Apply the scrub in circular motions steadily without using too much pressure on the skin.

3.When you are done scrubbing the body(i.e applying the scrub on the body), rinse it off thoroughly with Luke warm water.

4.Apply body moisturizer (what most of your call rubbing oil) on your body while it's still damp. I didn't say wet, take note.

Did you know that if you have dry skin and can't afford a face moisturizer you can get petroleum jelly(Vaseline)?

I have normal skin but I was able to use petroleum jelly as my body and face moisturizer (rubbing oil) for about 3months while in boarding school.

I was glowing. The whether in bamenda probably contributed but then it definitely didn't do all the work. The name of the petroleum jelly I used is called "passion".

Funny enough I didn't begin using it out of choice but rather as a result of the fact that my body lotion had gotten finished and I couldn't call my aunt to send some people to school for me.

A classmate gave me some of her lotion and I used it for some time but it caused me eczema so I decided to rather use my petroleum jelly.

It really worked wonders on my skin. I would have showed you guys a picture but I have lost all the pictures I took while in secondary school.
