WRONG USE OF PRODUCT ALERT...

Foster Clark is a wide refreshing powdered drink of different flavours which is supposed to be mixed with one(1) litre of water before consuming.
Today most of our primary and secondary school children use this product very wrongly by sucking this powder instead.
I'm just here to advice parents and teachers to be very conscious about this act and put this children in order by advising and teaching them the right use of products.
Its really disturbing because something that is supposed to be mixed with a litre of water is consume directly and tomorrow numerous stomach complain might be coming in.

There is this lady in Yaoundé who k!lled her 3 children, then herself, to get back at her cheating husband 😤😤.

We can call it d3pression, mental instability, emotional breakdown or waywardness, somehow all those claims have grounds but something had been broken for a while.

My take? Our center cannot be a man.
And when I say man, I mean Man with a capital M.

No human being nor relationship, should carry the weight of your identity, your worth, your reason for living, or your stability.

When your entire emotional architecture is built around one person, their betrayal can feel like the collapse of your entire universe. And when someone has no internal anchors, no self-worth independent of romance, no support system, no mental health help, no sense of purpose outside a partner, the fall can be catastrophic.

This was anger coupled with a bunch of other life situations that we have to address.

Love that replaces your identity is not love. It is surrender.

Cheating on your partner should also not be an alternative.

Children should never have to pay the price of adult pain no matter the situation. Unfortunately, the adults today were untamed children who managed their way to adulthood

This situation is really disturbing. To think there are others who have similar thoughts😞

Build a life that stands even if someone walks away.
Build friendships, purpose, faith, therapy spaces, and economic independence.
Build self-worth that does not shake when a relationship does.
