Je fais un infusion de thé fortifiant pour cheveux fais de
- champs de prele
-ortie
- racine de guimauve
- neem.
Spray ce thé sur mes cheveux a chaque fois que je trouve que mes cheveux on l'air secs.

Puis bain d'huile avec l'huile treatment de GianniNaturals. Mets mes cheveux dans un bonnets chauffante mm quand jai les tresse 2 a 3 fois la semaines.
