First, I need you to discontinue all the lightening , whitening, brightening, bleaching products .
Discard them as am talking to you 🤣🤣

2, Get a moisturizing bar soap as your precleanser .
Find some recommendations below 👇

3, Use a hybrid body exfoliant . A hybrid cuz it will work faster as compared to the regular scrubs and body polish .
But if you can't afford the hybrid, go for the regular ... It works well too but there's a level of efficiency when using the hybrid .

4,Get treatments for those targeted areas ( knuckles, thighs...) .
I recommend the kojisan soap :
How to use it;
* Use it on those areas on days that you are not exfoliating .
* Lather the soap on those areas for like a minute and wash it off.
NB: Do not use leave on brightening products _ Kojisan is a watch off brightening products so, it's ok to use since it won't be left on your skin.

NB‼️ It should be noted that, one of the reason why people have an uneven skin tone is because they use whitening and lightening leave- on products on their skin for years .

5,Use a lotion that will safely brighten up your skin and also moisturize your skin.
Recommendations;
_ Olay Vitamin C body lotion
_EOS 24hrs lotion
_medix peptide and collagen body lotion .

NB : you are not allowed to use any exfoliating body lotions during this period like the Amlatine or retinol based lotion❌.

6,Use a body blending oil or body butter to moisturize, seal in moisture and also blend ( evens ) your skin tone .

7,You won't see result overnight .
As a result of your consistency in using those products, you can start seeing results in 4 weeks ( 1month)

If you ever wondered how to take care proper care of your hair, here are some on how to achieve a healthy hair:

1,  *Wash your hair less often* 
   Shampooing your hair removes dirt and oil, ,but over_ shampooing can strip natural oils from your hair and scalp .

2, *Apply Conditioner* 
        Conditioning your hair after a washing your hair is very important . This will help hydrate  and hence leaving it soft and detangled ( especially for a leave in conditioner).

3, *Use a hair mask weekly* 
    Hair mask are deep moisturizing treatments that pe*****te the hair shaft to hydrate and strengthen from within . It will help keep your hair supple, shiny,   and strong .
 *Note: you can do your own hair mask at home  to minimize cost - inbox to know how*.

4, *Use lots of moisturizing products ( oil, Butter, moisturizer, spray etc...)*
      Using moisturizing products will help keep your hair healthy and hence free from breaking since when your is dry , it encourages hair breakage. If you have a high porosity hair ( absorbs moisture quick and looses quick) , then you should consider using  products with lots of moisturizing properties.

5, *Protect hair when heat styling* 
         It's important to reduce  the usage of heating tools of on your hair (dryer, hot comb , strengthen  etc) and also protect your hair when using those tools.

6, *Minimize hair processing such as dyes, perms, relaxers*.

 *7, Protect your hair when going in the sun or swimming* .
          Always apply a leave in conditioner when going in to sun ,  or when swimming especially in pools with chlorine.

8, *Detangle hair before shower and shampoo*
      Use your  finger or brush to remove tangles before washing it .

9 *, Brush your hair when it's dry vs when it's wet**
       When your hair is wet, it becomes vulnerable to breakage. If you want to prevent flyaways , split ends and damage, your should avoid brushing your wet hair . 
 *NB: Even when you go to  the saloon , pay attention to this and kindly tell your hair stylist if she wants to comb your hair while it's. wet* 

 *10, Squeeze wet hair with a towel , don't rub*
           Wrap your towel around your head or long strands and slot to absorb water .
Rubbing your hair with towel introduces tangles and creates breakage.

 11, Care for your hair   while you sleep:
       Pull long hair back into loose cornrows or braids and wear a hair bonnet ( silky fabric especially)
 
 *12, Get regular hair cuts* 
      Trim your hair 3_7 weeks if it's short or bobbed, 8_12 weeks for textured curly hair and at least every 12 weeks for long hair to remove damaged and split ends . This keeps your hair looking healthy and also promote hair growth.

 *13, Eat a healthy diet* 
           Eat a diet rich in protein , essential acids, B_ vitamins to help give your body the nutrients it needs to keratin , the structural protein in your hair and nails.
