We acknowledge the recent Thai FDA announcement regarding KMA MULTI FACE STICK (Aurora Pink) and would like to clarify the facts.

On June 24, 2025, immediately after production, Kaiya Cosmetics submitted this batch for testing at Bureau Veritas (BV), a globally accredited laboratory. The report confirmed that no mercury or other prohibited substances were present. This testing was completed before the product entered the market, as part of our routine quality assurance.

Following the FDA notice, our customer also arranged additional testing at Central Laboratory (Thailand). Their findings were consistent with BV’s results, again confirming the product’s compliance and safety.
