Continue reading 👉🏻 ... I work a very demanding job that involves a lot of travel, and have three young children and a challenging gym regimen. Each of these things are very important to me but can be very hard on my body. Working with Nohema helps me release a lot of the tension and physical and emotional “numbness” that comes from just getting through each busy day. I leave feeling more relaxed of course, but also more open and aware. I feel “tuned in” to myself and my environment in a way that I didn’t when I walked in the door.

My family recently welcomed a new baby. Nohema’s skills really shone throughout my pregnancy, when I felt completely at ease with her, and left feeling rested and supported. When our baby was born, I had an amazing post-natal session with Nohema, where she worked side by side with me to help keep the baby (and me) calm so we could complete a massage that helped my sore body and cloudy mind immensely. Again, I felt more open and aware, and supported. They say a good parent gives their children roots and wings. So does a good massage. You should feel grounded and supported, but also elevated and attuned. Nohema does exactly this.

I would recommend a massage with Nohema to anyone, including my masseuse friends. And I intend to continue to see her regularly – my sessions with her guarantee not only a lovely afternoon of relaxation, but a better week and month as I am quite literally a better person afterwards.
