Day 12 of my 30-day watermelon-only fast 🍉

Last time I made watermelon juice, my glass pitcher randomly broke and juice spilled all over the floor 😭

So today, we had to run it back.

This time I made watermelon, mint, lemon, and ginger juice 🍉🌱🍋🫚

It’s hydrating, refreshing, and great for supporting digestion. The watermelon brings the hydration, the mint makes it fresh, the lemon gives it brightness, and the ginger adds that strong kick.

Thankfully… no juice disaster this time 😂
