An evening of mantra, chant, drum, bell, and ceremonial horn drawn from the Tibetan Chö tradition. Come with a personal intention—for healing, clarity, release, or simply more ease—and rest into the practice.

Bardo Ceremony
Sunday, September 20 · 6:30–8:00 pm

A traditional Buddhist ceremony to remember and support those who have died. Together, we hold space for loved ones—human or animal, recently lost or long gone—and for our own connection to them.

Please bring a photograph or memento of anyone you would like to honor.

Both ceremonies are led by Paige Hetherington, a longtime student of Tibetan Buddhist practice and a death doula who has supported the dying and their families for more than a decade.

Friday, August 14th, 2:00pm with Pennie Ludlow

Float into reset and renewal through this unique Nidra + Sound journey in a low aerial hammock.

Deva Premal and Miten — two of the most recognized voices in mantra and sound healing — are joining us for an evening of live chanting and meditation at the Healing Centre.

Sunday July 26th ~ 5:00 to 6:15pm.

We'll prepare the hands, wrists, shoulders and core through a series of drills before moving into handbalancing progressions, including wall-supported exercises. The workshop finishes with time to practice different variations and learn how to safely enter and exit each position.

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
