🎄I’m really looking forward to getting your lashes and brows ready and gorgeous for the festive season so please please check your appointments are correct so I can keep that steady flow going with no mishaps 🙏🏼
Just a reminder also of my terms and conditions that I must enforce during this really busy time and if any cancellations I’ll have time to make another client happy 🙏🏼

*CANCELLATION POLICY*
A cancellation charge of 100% of your appointment fee will be charged if cancelled within 24hrs, or if you just do not show up. If you do have to cancel please be aware that although I try to move appointments around and fit you in this is not always possible and may result in an appointment in 3 weeks time which in turn will result in you paying for a full set of lashes.
Any cancelation fee is payable BEFORE I confirm any other appointment. 🥰

of the year, being fully booked up and other clients waiting patiently for an appointment.
I do understand that life happens and we all have some emergencies that we just can’t avoid. 🙏🏼

A cancellation charge of 100% of your treatment fee will be charged if cancelled within less than 24hrs of your appointment time or if you just do not show up.
If you do have to cancel please be aware that although I try to move appointments around and fit you in this is not always possible and may result in an appointment at a much later time which in turn will result in you paying for a full set of lashes.
The CANCELLATION CHARGE is payable BEFORE I can confirm any other appointment.
If I do manage to fill your appointment at such short notice a cancellation charge will not be requested.
