Today I’m celebrating a very special milestone…
14 wonderful years as a Slimming World Consultant.

Fourteen years ago, in 2012,
I started this journey with one simple goal – to help people lose weight in a way that feels supportive, achievable and full of hope. I could never have imagined how many incredible people I would meet along the way.

Over these 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching so many members transform their lives. Not just by losing weight, but by gaining confidence, improving their health, believing in themselves again, and achieving things they never thought were possible.

There have been thousands of weigh-ins, countless hugs, tears, laughter, celebrations, and “I did it!” moments.
Every single one has been a reminder of why I love what I do.

To every member who has walked through my group doors – whether you’re still with me, have returned, or were part of my journey years ago – thank you. You’ve trusted me, inspired me, and made these 14 years so incredibly rewarding.

I’m also grateful to Slimming World for giving me the opportunity to do a job that truly fills my heart.

Here’s to continuing this amazing journey together, supporting one another every step of the way, and celebrating many more successes to come.

Having lost a life-changing 7st 8lbs (48.1kg) with Slimming World, looking back on the changes throughout her journey has helped spur Steph on and remind her of everything she's achieved 👏.
