Lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is part of the body's germ-fighting and disease-fighting immune system. Lymphoma begins when healthy cells in the lymphatic system change and grow out of control.

There are no specific causes found to cause lymphoma. Lymphoma begins with changes in the DNA of a disease-fighting blood cell called a lymphocyte. A cell's DNA holds the instructions that tell the cell what to do. In healthy cells, the DNA gives instructions to grow and multiply at a set rate. Healthy cells die at a set time.
In cancer cells, the DNA changes give different instructions. The changes tell the cancer cells to make more cells quickly. The cancer cells can go on living when healthy cells would die.
In lymphoma, the DNA changes happen in the lymphocytes. The changes can:
Lead diseased lymphocytes to grow out of control.
Cause too many diseased lymphocytes in the lymph nodes.
Cause the lymph nodes, spleen and liver to swell.
Risk factors can be:
A weekend immune system, family history, specific infections, or age.
Signs and symptoms of lymphoma may include:

Fever.
Night sweats.
Fatigue.
Itchy skin.
Painless swelling of lymph nodes in the belly, neck, armpits or groin.
Pain in chest, abdomen or bones.
Losing weight without trying.

A ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a hole in the heart that's present at birth (conge***al heart defect). The hole is between the lower heart chambers (right and left ventricles). It allows oxygen-rich blood to move back into the lungs instead of being pumped to the rest of the body.

A ventricular septal defect (VSD) changes how blood flows through the heart and lungs. Oxygen-rich blood gets pumped back to the lungs instead of out to the body. The oxygen-rich blood mixes with oxygen-poor blood. These changes may increase blood pressure in the lungs and require the heart to work harder to pump blood.

A small ventricular septal defect may cause no problems. Many small ventricular septal defects (VSDs) close on their own. Babies with medium or larger VSDs may need surgery early in life to prevent complications.

Symptoms of serious heart problems present at birth (conge***al heart defects) often appear during the first few days, weeks or months of a child's life.

Symptoms of a ventricular septal defect (VSD) depend on the size of the hole and if there are any other heart problems. A small VSD may never cause symptoms.

In general, VSD symptoms in a baby may include:

Poor eating
Slow or no physical growth (failure to thrive).
Fast breathing or breathlessness
Easy tiring
Whooshing sound when listening to the heart with a stethoscope (heart murmur).
