With the Manuela Shala Method, we also work through the sides, waist and back
including those areas where we often notice the little “bra bulge” or back rolls that can become harder to shift with time.
Because sometimes, what we see isn’t only about fat.
The tissues can become congested, puffy and heavy, with excess fluid accumulating in areas where circulation and lymphatic flow are not moving as efficiently as they could.
And when these areas stay stagnant, they can feel dense, swollen and increasingly difficult to shape.
