snack yogurt fruit nut seeds with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
- 175 gr of 0-2% Greek Yogurt
- small handful of mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon mixed seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Tuna lettuce wraps with avocado yogurt dressing. Perfect mid morning/afternoon .
Ingredients:
- 2 lettuce leaves
- small tin tuna in water
- 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- shred some carrot
- thinly slice some red onion
- 2 tablespoons of avocado dressing (recipe below)
Avocado Yogurt dressing:
- 3 tablespoons of 2% Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 small avocado
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper (seed & membrane removed)
- juice of 1/4 lime
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground pepprler to taste
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions:
For dressing, place all the ingredienta in a small blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add some more water.
For wraps, top each leaf with tuna, tomatoes, carrots and read onion. Add 1 tablespoon of dressing and eat right away.

Tag a friend and let them know that they are important to you. Too often we forget to let people know how much they mean to us and they end up slipping out of our lives.
Just as important as my other favorite piece of advice "Delete negative people out of your life," keeping those who lift you up and make you happy close to you is IMPERATIVE to living a fulfilled life.
People with good energy INSPIRE each other to be better. People with bad energy suck your positivity away.
