Check out this cool tip for Eggs Did you know that: Use chia seeds instead of eggs when baking. Mix 1 tbsp of chia seeds with 3 tbsp of water and leave for about 15 minutes until it acquires the jelly consistency, similar to an egg. It works mainly for bread & muffins. You can do the same with flaxseeds!
