Villa Anna-Maria

This restored traditional villa is situated in the heart of Peyia village and is within a short walking distance of the center of the village with its supermarket, bakery, several tavernas and local bars . It was built in the 1930’s and has been in the same family ever since. Over the years it has been rebuilt 3 times, but the old character of the villa has been preserved. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is around 4 kilometers from the villa. It is a very private property and the swimming pool area cannot been seen from the road side. There is no through traffic via the plot making the area very quiet. The villa sits in mature, flower filled gardens with fruit and nut trees and local herbs. There is a large shaded veranda overlooking the paved poolside terrace which is surrounded by raised flowerbeds. The front garden has sufficient parking space for 2 cars. The villa has an open plan living area with wood burning fire place, a beamed ceiling and terracotta tiled flooring.
