Passionate yoga instructor with more than 2 years of experience in designing and leading
creative Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Prenatal, Postnatal and Yin yoga classes. Assisting clients to create a body that is not a hurdle any longer in their lives, but a stepping
stone in the progress towards blossoming into their ultimate possibility of health, joy,
balance and exuberance is what drives Manova forward. Coming from an artistic gymnastics
instructors family lineage shaped Ivana as best gymnast in female junior and senior category
and helped her understand the mechanics of the human body from an early age.
