🩸 Painful periods 🔴
Painful periods are caused by high inflammation 🔴🔴
The root cause can be different from one person to another.
Is it primary or secondary dysmenorrhea ? In both cases reducing inflammation via nutrition will be very helpful - till you address the root cause. BUT in the meantime, here is what you can do.
Food to help reduce inflammation/period cramps:
■ Fatty fish (small low in heavy metals)
■ Avocados
■ Olive oil
■ Flaxseed
■ Walnuts
■ Turmeric/ginger
■ Good quality fish oil/cod liver
Food to help reduce heavy period that can be Painful:
■ Raw carrots
■ Cruciferous
■ Leafy greens
■ Beets
■ Fiber-rich Food

Here are some tips for you for the premenstrual or luteal ohase (after ovulation till your period) 💞
The main reason why you experience PMS is estrogen dominance ( I have a couple of posts and videos on that) and I will address it in month 2 of my menstrual cycle reset program launching this week 😊👍🏼

When it comes to pms ...prevention is key (what you eat & what you do before and during ovulation) but there are certain things you might be doing during the luteal phase that could worsen your symptoms ‼️‼️‼️
