some tattoos are meant to be observed.

others observe you back.
this one was about tension, perception, and the feeling of being seen in a different way.

not everything on the skin stays still.

good tattoos aren‘t fast, cheap and effortless at the same time.

there is always a trade-off. time, quality, intention.
pick what matters to you ⚡️

We all carry fractures inside us.
Experiences that changed us, pain we survived, versions of ourselves we had to leave behind.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repearing broken ceramics with gold, not to hide the cracks, but to honor them.
I translate this philosophy into tattooing because I believe transformation deserves to be visible.

Not everything meaningful wound needs to remain only a wound. Sometimes giving shape to what we lived through can help us carry it differently.

A Kintsugi tattoo is not about glorifying suffering.
It’s about integration, resilience, and finding beauty in what transformed you.

Honour your pain, make it meaningful by tattooing cracks on your body, the places where the light gets in.

Highlighting the body‘s unique story and personality, letting the tattoo follow its shapes.

some people come with a finished idea.
others come ready to let go of control.

this piece started without references, without a fixed design: just movement, intuition and trust in the process.

two sessions into, and it already feels like it was always meant to exist there ⚡️
