Two practitioners creating space at Osmos Amsterdam for rest, connection and deeper body awareness.

Their work brings together massage, Reiki, sound, movement and intuitive care, offering different ways to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

At Osmos, you can join their bi-weekly Saturday Circles:

🌿 Yin, Sound & Massage — a small restorative group session combining gentle movement, sound and hands-on massage.

🤲 Guided Massage Workshop — an intimate partner-based workshop exploring touch and intuitive bodywork. No experience needed.

Both sessions are intentionally kept small, creating space for personal attention and a more connected experience.

Siena & Nikko also offer private one-on-one sessions, including personalised massage, bodywork, Reiki and Reiki massage.

Nike Zuilhof is a Branding Creative, Certified Holistic Personal, Systemic & Relationship Coach, and facilitator of Women Circles.

Her work supports individuals and couples in moving through patterns, emotional blocks and relationship challenges. Creating more clarity, connection and space to live life on their own terms.

Through a blend of modern coaching, systemic work and energetic practices, Nike creates a space that is warm, honest and direct.

By making these unseen dynamics visible, the process can open up new perspectives, understanding, and space for change.

**Question Holders** — bringing a personal theme or issue to explore through a constellation.

**Representatives** — participating in someone else’s constellation while often gaining meaningful insights into their own experience.

Burcu’s work brings together Holosomatic Energy Therapy®️, Reiki and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), drawing from somatic practices, breathwork, energy work, psychology and wisdom traditions.

With a background in engineering and over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, Burcu brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her practice. Exploring how stress, survival patterns and disconnection can shape the way we experience our bodies, emotions, work and relationships.

Her sessions offer a gradual and grounded approach to working with the body, mind and energy, supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, vitality and a deeper sense of connection.
