The only way that anything gains power is when we (individually or collectively) believe in it

fear, thoughts, money, institutions, you, friends, enemies, love, peace, unity, freedom

Often we choose unconsciously what we believe in, because others believe in it, because it seems so obviously true, because we want to fit in, because it is easier

But look closely

Examine carefully

And then choose consciously what you believe in

Because thats what you give your power to

And often thats where we give our power away.

Take it back 😉

Because fear and time are illusions, there is no reason not to celebrate

All reasons are suddenly gone

Just being, joy, ecstasy remain

Time is an illusion

Only by believing it we make it seem real

This illusion is the source of shame

Because we believe we have not done enough yet

Because we believe we have not achieved enough yet

Because we believe we should have already known better

Because we believe we should have been more mature already

Smarter already

Wiser already

More courageous already

Drop time, and you drop shame

And all the illusions that come with it

Life is a Game. So seemingly real, so deeply hurtful when it goes wrong, when we dont understand the rules, dont play by the rules. Still just a game. Learn the rules, learn how to play with the game, and nothing is lost. The rules, as in any game, are only there to enable an exciting, interesting game. Just like in dance where there are only rules to make the dance more beautiful.💃🏻 In any moment you can choose to play differently, to follow a different strategy, to see the game in a different way, see your life in a different way. You always have the choice: Do you want to keep playing as you have played until now or do you want to play differently, learn new strategies, play in new ways? Your choice 😉
