Walk into your birth feeling calm, prepared & empowered.

We will learn about what you can expect in a German hospital, we will provide you and your birth partner with practical and individual tips and tricks to support yourselves during your journey. We will learn how your body and your baby work together and how you can best support them. We will discuss pain relief options - both medical and non-medical and how to set up your birth space to best suit you. We will discuss what you can expect in postpartum and how best to prepare during pregnancy.

Included in the course:

A little goodie bag!

Access to Mothering the Mother hypnobirthing tracks for relaxation

A set of positive affirmations for you to put up in your home

An invitation to join our monthly meet-ups in pregnancy and also with your new baby.

A one hour 1-1 online meeting to discuss whatever you’d like! (To be used within 6 weeks of baby’s birth)

When: Sunday 12th November & Sunday 19th November, 10am until 2pm

Am 19. Januar um 20 Uhr öffnen wir wieder unsere Türen für Euch!
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, wir bitten um das Tragen einer FFP2-Maske.

Today is Pregnancy & Infant loss day.

We stand beside all those families who babes were born already sleeping. And we hold all those families who had to say goodbye just as they were saying hello.

Those babies are loved.
Those babies are remembered.
Those babies are part of our families.

We will be lighting a candle at 7pm, along with families around the world. Join us in this wave of light.

Who looks after whom??

Postpartum is a gloriously complex time when a mother’s body is rearranging itself and hormones are sinking to pre pregnancy state.

Get yourselves supported!

If mama’s sole job is looking after this new baby then papa needs to feed her, clean her nesting space (in bed or sofa please), reassure her - she’s doing a great job! - and guard her from too many or unwanted (but well meaning) visitors.

Visitors - you need to do outside jobs - bring groceries, deliver home cooked meals to the new family’s door - you are hugely appreciated but this time is not about you. Wait to be asked to visit and always ask before you hold the baby - and be ready to hear no - mother baby bonding is so important at this time.

>> It really does take a village to raise a child, but that village starts by raising a Mama.
