My name is Karolina Pieprzyk and I am a personal trainer.

My offer is addressed to everyone who wants to develop and improve their health and appearance.

Each of us is different, so I always start with a very detailed questionnaire about your health, lifestyle, and diet. I check your mobility, level of physical activity, condition of your spine. I do a body composition analysis. I also find out what your health goals and training and nutrition preferences are. On this basis, I show you what you should focus on.

Many people have problems in maintaining their motivation to exercise and change their eating habits. Many people do not know where to start. That is why I will adjust your training and eating plan to your lifestyle in such a way, that you won't feel the changes in your everyday life.

Thanks to such an approach I have been helping my clients for many years, to achieve even the most demanding goals and maintain them. The most important thing for me is that everyone, after finishing cooperation with me, knows what they should do, to keep their body in perfect condition and healthy for many years.
