Does Gua Sha deliver what it promises? 〰️

The massage technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has long been part of skin care practices.

It involves massaging the skin with stones made of jade or rose quartz, which stimulates lymphatic flow and rids the skin of toxins.

💧The facial oil should be massaged in from the inside out and from the bottom up with the stone. Regularity is the key. Therefore, apply the technique 2x a day!

❗Dry skin should get enough moisture first and with acne it is recommended to first completely abstain from the Gua Sha technique.
