Grace & Soft Glow
•Learning faith, femininity, and
soft motherhood in real life not perfection🤍
These flowers from my husband reminded me that some of life’s most beautiful moments don’t arrive with big celebrations or grand gestures. They quietly become part of the days we remember most. 🌸
I’m still learning to choose myself with the same kindness I so freely gave to everyone else.
I’m learning that self-care doesn’t always have to be grand..
Since becoming a mum, it’s been easy to put myself last…Most days, my focus is on my baby and I wouldn’t have it any other wayBut I’m also learning that taking a few quiet minutes for myself, even something as simple as painting my nails, helps me show up feeling more like myself…
Postpartum is teaching me that caring for myself is part of caring for my family too.
Sometimes the little moments become memories before we even realise they are passing.
Sometimes comparison still creeps in. I wonder why someone else’s life seems to be moving faster than mine.
But I am learning that God isn’t writing the same story for all of us.
Someone else’s blessing doesn’t take away from mine, and mine doesn’t take away from theirs…
I am learning to trust His timing, even when I don’t fully understand it.

Sometimes it’s not a quiet room or a journal. Sometimes it’s a walk with a stroller, asking God for strength, wisdom, or simply thanking Him for another ordinary day…
I have learned that those quiet conversations don’t always change my circumstances overnight, but they do change my heart
I’m learning that motherhood doesn’t always fit into my plans for the day…And maybe that’s one of the ways it’s teaching me patience.
I used to think growth had to look busy..
Now I’m learning that some of the most important growth happens quietly…
In the ordinary moments.
In the small habits.
In the decision to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow.
I’m learning that a messy house doesn’t mean I’m failing..
Sometimes it means I’m busy being present for what matters most.
Years ago, when I told people I was moving abroad, some warned me not to do it…
Their fears almost became my fears..
But deep down, I felt God was leading me..
Looking back, I’m grateful I didn’t let fear make that decision for me.
